Design Statement

The site is stragically located beween mountain, river and sea. When the river meets the sea, it creates a economy potential or a tourist hot spot.  We purpose to relocate the existing stalls and shops on the site into the building to reduce the impact of the ground. Minimal the land use allowed the users to enjoy more greenary space and increase the interaction between human and nature. Using windmill as the element to generate a new icon on the site by enphasizing the beauty of nature. To create a iconic building to become a new attraction and also to appreciate the nature on the site are the objective of the design.

The benefits of reverse triangle archtype:

1. It can break the strong wind (compare to rigid framing system) and cost down the structure budget. Moreover , the building challenges the building construction technique. This building will mainly construct by steel and cable.
2. The design pupose to reduce the impact of the ground and preserve achieve the objective of building sustainbility. It can reduce the use of land and also preserve the trees on the site.
3. Larger space on top of the building can have a better vision towards the Tamsui River and to let the users to appreciate the beauty of the nature.

The unique of the design is the building will shows a specific color based on the event, activity or ocassion that helding inside the building. The building will glow inside out during night and can be seen

設計說明

本案基地策略性的位於山脈、 河流和海洋。當河流匯入大海時，本案創建一個潛在的經濟或一個旅遊熱點。 我們的目的，重新安置在現有攤位和店鋪在網站上的建設，以減少對地面的影響。最小土地使用允許使用者享受更多地面的綠色 空間並增加人與自然之間的互動。使用與風車元素來生成一個新的圖示，本案在基地配置上強調大自然的美。並且創建一個地標性的建築，成為一個新景點，可以油然的細心品味建築物與環境融合成一體。 

本案建物空間結構造行採用倒三角型的好處：

1. 它可以打破的強風 （比較剛性框架系統） 和降低結構預算成本。此外，建設挑戰對建築工程施工技術。建物構造將主要鋼構及鋼纜進行穩固
2. 減少地面的影響，保持實現建物與環境永續性的的目標。它可以減少土地使用和還保留大量的樹木在基地上

 騰留出地面層更大的空間，在建物頂層可以有更好的視覺，對淡水河，讓使用者能夠欣賞大自然的美。 獨特是設計的建築會顯示基於事件、 活動或場合那明顯的空間的特定顏色。建物於夜間時因不同活動採用不同顏色可以在遠方背明顯的看到。
